The top 10 JACKSTAND RACERS.....

Mine isn't the fastest, nor is it the slowest. About 100 passes a year. It's had its share in the winners circle. But I can say, I built the cage, did all the sheet metal work, tubs, cage, narrowed the axle, wired, plumbed, built brackets, trans , and built the engine myself. I did not paint it or do the upholstery.
Doug
But it's in the top 5 best 64's I have seen! You have given motor-vated me to do thing I may not have even thought of.A few thing you did, didn't have to be that way,but your execution is fantastic!

Who's your pick for the biggest keyboard jockey without a car or a RUNNING car?
And
BTW, I "SSR" was the originator of cooking skirt steaks at the track since 2005. Copycats only started after 2010 to prove he wasn't a mooch!

Sorry SSR but skirt steaks as you call them are Fajitas here in south Texas and I remember when I was 12, 13 & 14 years old I would stay with my cousins a few weeks in the summer in the early 70s. That my cousin always loaded up a small pit to cook out when we went racing at a track called Alamo Dragway. Fajitas and onion on a flour tortilla was one of the highlights of the night, the other was watching my cousin race his 68 Charger then waiting at the return road for a ride back to our pit area. Got Mopar fever then and never looked back.

My pick for the Top of the Top Ten would have to be W8Avenger....we have never seen his car, nor has it ever been proven who this guy really is. No proof, no pictures, never happened....I suspect he is a pigment of someone else's flaky imagination. Taking pictures of some random dude at the track holding a camera proves jack schitt in my opinion.

BTW, I've done my time racing and showing cars. I relax these days by enjoying others efforts on the track.
Post your track times and slips up Mr SSR, and I'll dig a few of my lesser times up here also. I should be able to find a few. My GTX still holds a couple of track records down under, with magazine articles to back that claim.:D

Just to correct spelling (and correct word usage). Just something that I do...
Pigment should be FIGMENT

I'm currently joining the Jackstand Racer crowd. Taking a few months off to freshen and replace worn out stuff.
I'll be out in the Fall of 2017 again.
Doubt I'll make the top 10 though...
Waiting for the 6 thru 10 listings

I love me some fajitas at the restaurant. But it starts out skirt steak before the onions and peppers.
You definitely got me beat, having skirt steaks in the 70's.
But now here in NY, the skirt steaks have been TAINTED!

My vote for the first 5 posers are
1.Buddicks- won't ever be in a race car again. Doesn't leave the house and has food delivered to his house, this is my guess!
2. #1kiwimod- has a lot of time on his hands,
3. #2crotchitymod- doesn't leave the house much anymore.
4. Ht413- car will never get done and has more excuses.
5. Marpar- does he even have a car, my guesss he was picked on in grade school.

I was running in the 8's
when you were still trying to get a 14 second car down the street...

Smiley FU finger you're #1 in my books !.jpg

followed very closely by one of your many alter egos W8Avenger
{not W8Averger}
for the spelling Nazi's, who the hell is Buddicks ?

You're leading the poll by a landslide!
Stop living in the past.
Go outside, get some sun, take a walk and step away from the keyboard for a month Buddick's!
And Who's W8Averger?

Doug you by far have one of the cleanest and well put together race car. I'm **** retentive and looked all over your car at autorama. It's clean we'll put together and all the devilish details are handled. You don't fit in this category lol.

Actually I should nominate myself for this. I own a few cars and haven't been on the track in almost three years now wow!

#6 Ghostrider 67
#7 Jstahemeroid, Aren't you upset you didn't make the top 5 Dildo list.
#8 Spermbank 8 months into the jackstand situation saga.
#9 TBD
#10 TBD

Surprised you can count that high. After all, according to you, we have yet to see proof, you run 8's all the time. You can make all the idiotic lists you want to, and call everyone names, but why do that when all you had to do was not be a dick, and post up your time slips to back up your claims. How easy is that? If the 8 MEN you listed were standing right in front of you, you would be singing a different tune. Keyboard tough guys are ubiquitous, real car guys who work for years to assemble the car they want don't need to make themselves feel superior to everyone else. If anyone is a dildo here it's you pal.
