I found this laying by what is left of my 70 Dodge Coronet, anyone know what it is?

Looks like the wire cover for the harness that goes to the back tail light. It clips to the side were the emerg brake is behind the kick panel.. Thats what i guess.

I think you nailed it! I was just pulling the e-brake so it could have fallen out during process.
