Hello from North Carolina!! I have a 63 Dodge 440 with a 30 over 440, 727 and narrowed 8 3/4. So glad that I found this forum, looking forward to many new friendships.
Thank you everybody for your kind welcomes. My 63 was originally a factory yellow racer with a 413. Still has the 1964 class winner sticker in the rear window. Body was done 20 years ago by a shop in NY, no bondo at all, all lead filler. The engine however is a new 30 over 440 with 11-1 compression, 1970 block, '67 close chamber heads with a 510 cam and 750 holley. Good for over 500 HP on the dyno. Runs high 11's in the 1/4, though now has a highway geared center section to be more street friendly. With the high stall speed and manual steering/brakes, she is a beast on the street, but I love it. Definitely turns heads everywhere I go.
