Chippin away,heads came back last night personally delivered by the owner with an opoligy! Drove the cam bearings in,stuck the stick in then dropped the crank in.I might make it!!!!!

A blank crank scraper came in the other day!! I find so many generous guys gifting me than refuse to take money!!
Then the owner of the machine shop PERSONALLY delivers the heads back.I'm blown away:thankyou::thumbsup:

Intake manofold had to get milled for the blower surface to be perfect and remove the clear coat off the mount area.

Did crank scraper and buttoned up the short block.Rockershaft shims should be in today and then finish installing the heads,THEY ARE LOADED!.Going to pick up o-ring material and I think I have everything.Need to shim the cam to reduce endplay......TO THE WIRE!!!!!

4 stops to find the correct o-ring material for the top of the intake manifold.Rocker shims came in from Marsh Performance,heads are now loaded.Clear valve covers would be cool!


I know what I would polish if were together,,,,,The silverware when we're done eating the best steak in the States!:thumbsup:
