After some research I found an oil filter that will fit a 68 b body with a 6.4L hemi swap and the 45 degree adaptor. The Fram filter is PH10060 and the Mopar part number is: 4892339AA. The Mopar number came direct from Mopar and the Fram is the cross reference number. The filter is smaller than I would have liked but it works.

You will find most of us on here do not think of Fran filters to be a suitable filter for anything.
Wix ( NAPA) or Royal Purple and a few other quality filters would be a better choice.
At one time even a Mopar filter was of questionable quality.
Expect lots of answers, the consensus from past forms would be to not get stingy. Oil is the life blood.

So what is a part number for those companies. Do they make a filter that will fit? After spending a few hours looking this was the one they came up with.

I'm sure O'Rielly can cross the Fram to Wix.

I have never had a problem using Motorcraft filters on any of my vehicles. You will be banned for life if you use a Fram, just sayin!

For as crappy as Fran filters are there is usually a chart on the box referencing replacement filters of other brands. After all they want everyone to be able to buy their junk.

According to Napa's website an FIL 7899 Gold filter or PFL 47899 Platinum should fit the bill.
Any NAPA dealer should be able to confirm this.
