Identify Spring

Before I start playing contortionist thought maybe somebody could identify this spring. Went to a show Sunday in my 1963 Plymouth Sport Fury when I got there this was on the floor mat drivers side. I have no idea where it came from. Any help greatly appreciated.

looks like the other end of it might be hanging still up under your dash....?

It's the return spring for your park leaver. Helps to hold it in park. Get it fixed!

Pretty common for that spring to break. Mine was broke too. I found one somewhere but can't remember where I got it from.
