Can someone tell me if this is the right air cleaner for a 67 coronet r/t. I was told yesterday that it was not by someone that had a unrestored 67. Would like to know the correct decal also. He Said it should read 440 MANGUM. Any info would be appreciated. jts

Thanks A383wing, I found that information yesterday and still having a hard time figuring it out. I kinda believe there might be two different ones for the 67 coronet 440 magnum. Maybe will have more info come in. jts

their were two different style air cleaners used on the 67 r/t the dbl snorkel and a round one but the center plate decal should be a different one should be 440 magnum with the two explosion marks I guess you could call them that

Thanks for the info Dgc. The two of us thought that we had the correct one and it appears we both could be right. jts

I think that pie plate goes on a 70& up 440. Never saw that on a 67.

Unmolested 440 Magnum in 67 L code Charger air cleaner. Has the pie pan with "440 Magnum" on it.

That was what was on the engine when I got it so I didn't know the difference. Will try to find one like is on the picture on next reply. Thinks for the info. jts

The pie tin can be changed. Count the bars around your perimeter and measure your snorkels, look if oval and round. If all is correct then change pie pan
