My name's Darrell. After an exhausting year of looking I finally found another B body (in my meager price range). Many moons ago, I had a 69 Charger, and like a fool I sold her to move here from PA. As of a few weeks ago, I have a 68 Coronet project sitting in my garage, and I'm as happy as a pig in poop. Now the rebuild begins. I'm probably going to make Nadine a Super Bee. This'll be my first rebuild, so I'm sure I'll have lots of seemingly dumb questions. But glad to be among the Mopar heads. We'll be chatting soon...

Welcome from NC. Start a project thread and let us know how it goes. And from everyone on here POST SOME PICS!

Welcome, you came to the right place for advice, alot of knowledge here. We all have that car that got away lol, good luck with your project.

P.S post some pics asap or you will rile up the regulars
:mob:
:xscuseless:

Now where are my manners?...

Hey, here comes the first dumb question... Will the high-back buckets in the 1970 Dodges fit the hole pattern in the floor of the 68 Coronet?

Yeah that looks like a solid start to a project. Love the blue on blue, I would keep it as original as possible. Would be really sharp when done. What size motor you have in her?

Currently a 318. I'm looking to drop a 360 in at some point. Seeing as a 318/904 Coronet isn't extremely collectable, I want to build her to suit me. The blue will probably end up being Racing Green or Burgundy Metallic.

Welcome from south of the north coast. Thanks for the pics, now I'm not riled up anymore!

Welcome from NW CT. Looks like a great project - please keep us updated!

I have alot of crate engine offerings that would wake that baby right up! looks like a solid foundation! would love to help with powertrain/engine parts if/when you're ready.

Welcome aboard from a fello Ohioan. Where abouts are you, looks too flat to be in my neck of the woods? Congrats

Actually, the pics are from the flat-lands down by Dayton, where I bought her. I brought her home to Medina County... not so flat.

Johnny, it looks like you're pretty much just Chevy engines. Am I right?

god no...lol I'd go nuts. I sell GM Mopar and Ford. And i personally own several old mopars...and several new ones.

I carry about 250 of the top performance brands, and just about anything you can get at one of the "walmart" type warehouse stores. Plus i'm fairly local, and i actually wrench on mopars :)

That puts you close to Summit which is handy lol. I'm about an hour South of you.
