Hi fellas,
As some might remember I am building a 65 Belvedere II and trying to keep the exterior fairly stock looking. Well I mocked up the fenders and hood yesterday and found I only 2 1/4" of clearance from the gasket flange on the TB to the hood reinforcement. I wanted to utilize a air box system but I can't with a flat hood.
My options seem to be: Bulge on hood, with air box.
Scoop with sealing pan.
More beer!
Am I overlooking any other real solutions? Thanks for suggestions.
Mike
