Got a few questions for you computer guru's here on this forum, that might be able to help me out.

For some reason, or another, i no longer have been able to upload pictures to a for sale ad on the B and E body sites, from my laptop computer.
My desktop computer doesn't have any problems adding pictures, so i have been using the desktop.

This is what's now showing up on my page.

The Following error occured.
The uploaded file was not an image as expected.

What changed on me?
Using the same digital camera. The same picture downsizing program, the same internet provider, the same browser, the same computer settings, all as before.
So what changed on me, and what happened?
I haven't had any problems with the A body, and C body sites, or any of the other Mopar, related internet web sites, with this laptop, just the B & E body sites.

Anyone have any clues, or the administrator to these sites?
Something i can do at my end?
Now realize that i am the most computer illerate old man, when it comes to something like this when troubleshooting, or fixing things that go wrong.
Thank's a lot.

with the same exact image?

Same picture.
For instance, i posted an ad for a Rear disc brake system, on A, B, C, E, bodies, and no problems on A & C bodies.
B & E bodies aren't allowing me to do anything with pictures??

Don"t ya get expanded band with being a site supporter? Tried using photobucket or such to host your pics?

Never had to use a third party picture hosting site to add photos to an ad, or a reply.
I just post pictures direct from my computers files, and i have Windows 7 programs in all my computers.
As i stated, just the B & E body sites, and my laptop computer??

A. He's not a site supporter as you can see no Gold Member banner under his name;
B. We don't limit bandwidth regardless

Photobucket no longer allows 3rd party views unless you pay $400 a year.

I was getting a lot of adds but that is the first for that 3 rd party hosting thing.

Yes i have.
I have a few For sale ads running that i posted.
No pictures can any longer be added to this site using a laptop, only my desktop.
Started about 2 weeks ago, and now getting around to asking about it.

oh, its only on your laptop but your desktop is working? Its something about your laptop that's causing the problem. Your probably not saving the photos in a correct format. Did you do something to your laptpop? update something? using a different photo editing program?

They've been doing this for about a month now. Now you have to pay them $400 a year to do that. All pics you posted that way are going to do that.

Been saving photos in my files the same way for years.
Didn't do a damm thing to the computer that i am aware of.
Also been using the same photo, picture, downsizing program for untold years.

Well, something happened. Common sense tells me its something with your laptop. (that's why it works fine on your desktop)

Ok, why on just this site, and E bodies, then? and not the others.
Anyway, thank's for trying to figure it all out, without sucess.
Guess I'll hafta live with it, the way it now is.
Sometimes it's more convenient, easier, for me to do things on the laptop, at home, or down at the local public library.

I cant reproduce it, and nobody else has told me its happening to them. So the only logical thing to look at is your laptop. If I could help I would.

Try downloading this image and re-uploading it
