1968 AM FM radio in 1969 B Body.

I’m restoring an A12 Road Runner and would like to know if it would be OK to use a 1968 B Body AM – FM radio in my car. Is there any difference? Does the complete face look the same , install and hook up the same as a 69. If someone could enlighten me it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
 
Depends does it say plymouth or chrysler on it
 
As far as fitment goes, the answer is yes. Physically the same radios. Only difference would be "dodge solid state" / "Chrysler solid state" ....

Ward radio can install AM/FM in your radio for about 450$ I think
