I just put a speed demon carb on my 63 polara which has a torker II manifold. The horizontal coil bracket puts the coil in the way of the carb. Do they make a bracket that would offset the coil further towards the front of the engine and out of the way of the carb?

For now I pulled the vertical bracket off my 74 Javelin and used that but it's not pretty LOL

Thanks

Yes they do make a coil relocation bracket I think I got mine from Mancini

You probably won't want to do this, but I mounted my coil on the firewall when I used the TM-6 Edelbrock Tarantula.

I have an Edelbrock Torker intake,Holley carb,

and I have a Ford coil bracket, it fits in the stock coil location. Sorry no pic of it in place, but this is the bracket.

My brother modified my original bracket to fit my edelbrock performer intake. Fits nicely in front of carb.
