Am I Missing Something?

Hey guys, just wondering if my exhaust tips are missing something as the bars at the top look like something should go there. Also what if anything are these bumps for?

I believe those blades go into a rubber mount.

Correct, the tip hangers go into rubber bushed mounts specific for tips vs turn downs. The bump...........not sure............

I may have a spare set for a charger....

Also, be very very careful removing the bolts that holds it....Scrape away all undercoat and heat the bolt

There should be a female receiver for that to slip into, it helps with keeping your exhaust tips from bouncing around. My female receiver has a rubber insert inside. It's not hard to make your own, and any exhaust installer will have what your missing!!!
