I'm planning on doing the Holly Terminator EFI on my 73 Charger, and the guy at the shop suggeted it may be cheaper to get an EFI ready fuel tank (and a premade steel return line) rather than them modifying the old tank that is currently in the car. I've also been wanting to do a new tank that has baffles in it anyway

Anyone know where I may find a baffled, EFI ready fuel tank for my car? i keep finding stock replacements, but seems hard to find what im looking for!

Thanks!

You can check tanksinc.com not sure if they make one for a 73. Why a premade steel return line?

My car is a 1 line system, and he doesnt want to run rubber all the way back on the car, says im just asking for trouble with rubber line that long.

And yeah tanksinc has tons of tanks, none for the 71-74 B body though. plenty for A/E bodies

I don’t see how that’s asking for trouble... plenty of guys do it that way.

Try Rick's Tanks in El Paso, TX. Ask for Hector. They custom built my EFI tank from 304 Stainless ($$$$). If you run a return hose I would at least go with braided stainless steel to give it some protection. Another option is just to order a pre-bent stock delivery steel line and run it alongside the existing line. A third option is to use a Fuel Command Center from FiTech or Edelbrock, which mounts in the engine compartment and doesn't require a return line. It does, however, need a vent hose back to the tank. Good luck...

Or just use the plastic efi line. But can it be purchased by the foot and with custom ends?

On my FiTech system, I'm running the inline pump with a corvette fuel filter that has a built in bypass mounted right at the back of my car. I only have a foot of bypass hose to the tank. Just another option to consider.
