Hello B body forum
Colorado based life time mopar guy.
I learned to drive stick at 14 on a big block cuda ,yes with a pistol grip.
Got my first car on 15th birthday, 1968 coronet 440 metalic burgundy with black vinyl top and a knocking 318.
High school auto shop project rebuilding a 67 440 from a new yorker to replace the terminal 318.
Sold to help pay college
In 1995 i bought a 1966 charger power window A/C car silver red interior minus engine and trans.
After houses kids and life stopped interfering it was time to get the charger going.
That lead to the sad discovery, the car had been hit hard on right side, making her the donor car.
Months of internet hunting lead me to a clean 66 with 318 polly and three on the tree console car also silver and red.
For all you purist, please look away, next paragragh may be offensive

Fitting the with 68 383 30 over, a833 4 speed pisol grip console shifter, flaming river tilt column
RMS front and rear , viking coil over,
Wilwood front and rear 18 inch old school rims , shaved peak molding kindig it flush door handles
And the first LED tail light kit made by Digi-tail and bumper tucked and smoothed.

Welcome. Car looks great. Not sure if I know you? Are you in any of the local Mopar car clubs?

Welcome from NW CT. Great project - looking forward to seeing your progress...

Welcome from coastal Georgia.

Not currently. I would be interested

There is Colorado Mopar Club and RPM (Rocky Mt. Performance Mopar) club in the Denver metro area, and then Southern Colorado Mopars in Colorado Springs.
I think Tony of Mopower Masters is the president of both the Denver area clubs? There has been talk of combining the clubs, but the two clubs also have different interests with some overlap. RPM does some show car stuff, but has a larger focus on drag racing at Bandimere. I don't think Colorado Mopar has much focus on racing, and does shows and other events. There are some great people in both clubs.
