humph! ok, wake up 8-9ish with no pain, smiling and feeling refreshed because i wasn't up 3 times for a piss. then have one of those really feel good morning ****'s that didn't plug the toilet. go down stairs to steak & eggs, med rare, over light, with home fries and freshly brewed coffee. hmm, take a cup of the fresh coffee with me to my favorite spot in the house in a nook overlooking the backyard and barnyard. hmmm, turn on computer to check some stuff and put the tv on any channel i want instead of the news or weather channels. 10 or 11ish start thinking about what the funk am i going to do today for a grinnnn!
-i will be happy just having little steps one at a time. stay tuned when that morning wish comes true first. lol

This happened

Set up a die-grinder with a 4" wool wheel. Using a roloc mandrill, I took a 3" 100 grit roloc disc, stripped of the quick lock tab, put it through the wool pad & used the disc itself as a back plate & screwed it together.

Taking some or all the grandkids cat fishing for a night.
