If you are having the stock Iron heads redone they can install PC seals which requires machining to do so.
Us old school low buck do it your self types use the stock umbrella seals. I buy 2 sets of seals and use the longer shroud ones on both the intake and exhaust. My 2 cents.

i like big block chevy umbrellas for stock stuff.
