Here's the bracket on the other dash.

You can see the harness clip and on the other side of the vertical brace is a bracket, anyone have a idea what it goes to? I'll probably make one rather than cut this one up. That way if anyone wants a dash I got one.

Talked to Dave Patnik at Performance Car Graphics last night. Getting the correct paint and dyes coming for interior work. Great guy and very versed in mopar. He also it turns out lived in Iowa for a while so we visited about that for a bit. Great guy.

Bracket on the right side in your pic is where the fuse block attaches.

So I made the fuse block bracket last night. There's some pictures from the reference dash and the new bracket I made. I need to measure the divot & hole location and size, put them in and it'll be ready for install. Next will be the loom fold over bracket that was hacked.

Darn it I just noticed I put the notch on the wrong side. :BangHead: Well shouldn't take me long to make another. Maybe it'll work anyway, I'll have to test fit it.

Smoky Mountain Traders is 10 minutes from my house; they have lots of muscle cars but some of the prices are just too steep. Even run of the mill Chevelles and Camaros they are trying to sell for 40K, 50k and even higher. I looked at a 70 Chevelle SS that was a clone with the hood stripes painted wrong that they wanted 45k for.

Great pictures on the website though!

Well I took the day off yesterday to finish siding my sisters house. Now all my to do list items are done for this year. Yeah!! So now other than a few days for hunting I can concentrate on the X.
Here's your Friday eye candy.

Dude....... your sister is smoking hott!

Nope, that's not my sister. If she was that hot I wouldn't have to side her house, there'd be plenty of guys that would've volunteered to do it!

A member here was a huge help, he sold me this for my car. I'm saving the box for garage art!

So I made the new loom bracket for my dash using the bracket on the dash for a pattern. I drill three small holes to replicate the slots on the other one. I believe they are to help the bracket bend where it's supposed to. I'll plastic dip it before attaching it to the dash frame.

Holy crap, I'm eye candy for the day!!! Thank you darlin!

I hope my PM back to you about your emblem makes your day (it probably won't -- sorry, I just call 'em as I see 'em) but you should know you definitely made MINE. Thank you muahhhhhhhhhhhhh

Well I'm still doing a little on the car, but it is :elmer:deer season, and the rut is about to peak (for the deer). So I'll be spending some time hiding in a tree with pointy sticks waiting for the "one". On a bright point, I avoided the skunk who was milling around under my tree as I was about to leave in the dark last night.
