What a great weekend on the mountain! Went with Ralph and tagged on to the SUPERCAR RACES.Made 10 passes in 2 days!Started with pump gas the way I street drive.It went 10 [email protected] pig rich.Took out 5 jet #s square ant picked up to [email protected]
2* out and it went [email protected],took out another 2* and [email protected],took another 2* and it slowed to 9.84@ 139.98,put 2* back in and [email protected] out 2 jet sizes and it went 9.773@140.

I'd say that was a productive day!!Dinner time,,,chicken and skirt steak was GOOD!!

Sunday was even better! Added some octane and took 2 teeth out of the top pulley to go more than the pump gas 4 lbs of boost.1st pass was 9.803@141,2nd was [email protected],third was [email protected],and the last went 6.0 in the 1/8@117 and 9.36@ 146.76 and was a little fat.
I have all new bests,,,,,except my reaction times,but I'm not a competitor just an exibitionist,,,,,tuna fish.
Going back out in a few weeks,I'm told I'll pick up 2 or 3 tenthes just coming out of the mountains.That 8 second time slip is almost in my hands and have not seen more than 7 lbs of boost yet.Street tune is 4 lbs of boost with 93 pump gas.


And for the skeptics:icon_fU:,don't worry because I'm only legal to 8.50.I figure maybe 10 lbs of boost:lol:

 
Nice work Al. Sorry I couldn't make it this year either. What did everyone think of the two-day deal this time?

Actually it's not a max of 7#,I think that's all it will need:rolleyes: >>>A 1071 stage 3 should be able to push 15/16 lbs before intake temps become an issue.IF and when the IAT becomes a problem a water meth,,,,,,or just meth injection system will take care of that.It's been a long learning curve:realcrazy: But if ya don't blow it up once in a while,your not trying hard enough:D

Thank you all for your kind replies!!:) I did make one small mistake.Turn out I could have used c12 instead of c16.I thought the boost levels would be higher and wanted to be safe.I will retest the 6# boost level with c12 and see if it picks up next time out.
We will be going to Atco on Saturday and Englishtown on Sunday.:D:thumbsup::thumbsup:

You speak in 3rd party.Are you not proud of your e/t. We would be side by side at 9.3,,,,before I change another pulley.
Yet that bear was so interested while I was under construction. Does "WE" want to bet on the 8's that "WE" said would never happen??:poke::popcorn:
