Coronet 500 -66 reverse lenses

Hi,
I've been looking for new rear reverse backup lenses to my Coronet 500 -66.
Now I have found a pair, but with different part numbers, 2575194 and 2585156. Which one is right for my car?

Are they left and right?

I know the red lenses look the same from side to side, but they are not and don't interchange.

That's a possibility, but they look the same to me...

When they are sold as "not original" spare parts they have the same number for left and right.

right and left are the same PN. The lens have a pn inscribed as 2575994. The actual pn often is slightly different number. They are CLEAR not red.
Parts book show pn as 2585156.

The reverse lenses for my 1966 belvedere are not available that I know of. I sanded the old lenses with 3000 grit and buffed with pinnacle swirl remover. They look like new I hope this helps.
