I want to do a #71 Bobby Issac car. I have some question? Are the letter/number hand painted or spray. Is the gas tank a fuel cell in the trunk or a gas trank underneth the car.

Were hand painted at that point in time.
Fuel cell, which was part of the trunk-between the rails.
NOT a drop in cell!

There is a site somewhere on the net if your good at googling that someone cloned the 6 car, Cotton Owens car I think, to be a replica for the street. Was a lot of photos with is as well.

Beware, though. That car has a lot of mistakes. Better to look for original vintage photos on the 'net.
