WTF? Are the places where you can buy this brand a damn secret? Or what?:mob::wtf::(

Plenty of distributors here in CT. Sorry you are having so much trouble!

Why basf? I havent been a fan of that paint for a long time.. Delamination is a big concern with that stuff..

I really like a couple of the colors and the waterborne stuff. Give me an alternative?

BASF was all I bought for twenty years or so, until White&Peters stopped selling over the counter to the public.

I don't think there are many ways to obtain BASF products thru mail order. Snake oil gave a option. Why water borne? Just for the colors? Health reasons? I'm a solvent guy. If you are looking for just "base" I would give Barry at SPI a shout. Direct quote from him " I don't sell base so I have no dog in the fight." He will give you the best options. As far as the BASF has delame problems. I haven't seen it. Now just like everything BASF is not a paint line. They have Glasrit,RM,Limco,Limco supreme. I have used the RM brand for years in both a production collision shop and restoration shops. I have had zero problems. The only problem is the cost. It has gone thru the roof. Again talk to Barry.

Thanks, I will. I'm primarily looking for two Chip Foose colors which I think are either RM or Glasurit. Waterbourne because it's easier? More forgiving? The colors pop more? I don't know, just repeating what I have read. Plus,, I live in Vermont....Liberal hell almost as bad as CA.
