Hi guys,

my dad is interested in putting the black wheels on his 69 superbee. he likes the look of the A12 super bee wheels but we dont want to spend the crazy money on the A12 wheels. is there a good option for a substitute? he wants to go with just chrome lug nuts. are these supposed to be 14 inch or 15inch? i know cop wheels arent the same but can you tell a mile away? does anybody have a set for sale? anybody up to help us be a.... wanna bee! lol!

A12 wheels are just factory steel wheels with hub caps if im not mistaken. Should be cheap and easy to obtain those items.

I went with Coker 15" steel wheels that are powder coated and chrome lug nuts to get the A12 look

No hubcaps on A12. Easy to obtain? Scarce as hen's teeth I think. You are obviously looking for something that looks similar and is not as odd looking as cop wheels.

Looks like moes has your answer.

Don't go to Coker, you will save money if you buy from Jegs or Summit, as they carry the Wheel Vintiques Mopar steel wheel. Where I got mine.

And I've got 15x7 in the front, and 15x8 in the rear of my 69 Bee.

Yep wheel vintiques chrysler OE steel wheels, right around 100$ and free shipping...

A little different from stock, but another option is Basset Race Wheels. I have a set of their 15x7 & 15x8 black DOT wheels on my 70 and I love the look. They are extremely lightweight, only 21lbs apiece.

I bought cop steelies and when painted black with blackwall tires, pretty hard to see the slots. I like em, might not be correct to the year, but they're mean looking and strong as a brick outhouse. You can only tell when you're really up close. The cop cap really draws the eye away from the slots too. Excuse ol reliable the Chevy truck. A 70 year old tank
