This was on my rebuilt 440 out of a RV.

Distributor: 2875186 14 8 Vacuum Advance: 2875084

The vacuum advance part number comes back to 1968 C Body 440 motor. Couldn't find the distributor part number, closest part number is 2875181 which is 1968 single point dist.
 
Found this when i googled the part number. chrysler,1965,imperial,6.7l+413cid+v8
 
Hell now I'm confused.. I just did a search again and came up with this for a 67 charger with a 440

Aparently the list of distributors for those big blocks are vast..

Yep, I searched RockAuto and found that distributor has hundreds of applications including A, B, C bodies and trucks.
 
I did see a 440 "date coded to 69" on ebay that said the code is 48.. So can we assume the 87 is the date code?
 
So if that's the case and the vacuum advance part number is for a c body, the I would agree it came from 68 c body car with 440.

That's a list of what say a cardone rebuild fits, they middle out the curves so one fits all.
 
Yup. some run great others not so much.
