Yes it has the EGR flange on it. Looks easy to block off if you wanted to

this is a stock to the bone 70 new yorker 350 hp 440 with the weiand 7512 intake with
a box stock 800cfm eddy , headers , mopar electronic dizzy and an orange box with a accel coil . pulls 19-20 inches of vac at idle with 45psi oil press . smooth n torquy . may go to a duel plane eddy performer rpm .
