I had big pinging problems with my wife's 421 before the rebuild. Biggest problem was the timing was way too far advanced, and now it's 10:1 w/iron heads, no problem, but it was 11-something:1.
Point is I experimented and read up on a lot of products to resolve the problem, which the timing was the biggest culprit. Before I found the timing problem, 100 octane AV gas helped, but the fuel that fixed it was 110 octane Sunoco race fuel.
Mixing 110 race fuel with premium pump gas is relatively economical. Torco has rave reviews. 100 octane AV gas is what some stock compression HEMI owner friends of mine use mixed with premium pump gas. I have used Royal Purple booster which claims 3 NUMBERS increase AND treats ethanol laced fuel as well, and is $10/bottle.
Here is one list of 2017 "top 5" octane boosters: http://mycarneedsthis.com/the-best-octane-boosters-and-reviews/
I bought a 55 gallon drum of Sunoco 110 (has lead in it) and that mixed with premium pump gas would be my best quality choice.
