Is the standing bird decal that belongs on the passenger door supposed to be a sticker or a plastic/metal decal?

There is no "exact" location & each car varied an inch or two. That exact same decal is part of the triple stripe on the tail section on the passenger quarter panel extension OR next to a metal "road runner" emblem for a car without a tail stripe. Either way, that same bird is on the passenger quarter panel extension
