Requesting opinions on pressure washers.

Honda makes two grades of motors I think the ones with the white tanks are the good ones
I always disconnect all the hoses then restart to blow all the water out
No problem with freezing

If you have a quick disconnect on pump output line and no hose you won't push water out of pump.

Pressure washer couplers are not like steam, hydraulic or air they are open
So they clear them selves

The most important thing to remember is never let
The pump sit under pressure for more than a minute. It will kill the pump! Honda motor

Mines probably 15 years old now and still kicking, It's a 2,500 psi Troy Built with a Honda motor. The pump is about shot but you can't beat the reliability I've had with the engine, 15 years is really good considering how often it gets used too.

2,500 psi will blow just about anything off, don't see much need for anymore than that.
Got one of those also. Only problem so far was blowing to pressure hose off the pump. A new fitting solved the problem and is now running good as new.
Just a note running hot water threw the model I have will kick a valve and bypass the pump. So no hot water washing.

@WileERobby - what did I say that you don't agree with? Curious.
Ha,ha,ha... never realized I did so ! I read these on a tablet, so I scroll through with the tip of my right finger. Must've hit that while flicking through. Sorry. ( see what trouble you get into by putting your finger where it shouldn't be ?

That's happened to me before too, hit the wrong button. Sorry, had to ask. I didn't think pressure washer talk was that polarizing. :D

I bought the Husqvarna 3100 electric start. OK I must be getting old as I don't like to pull start if I don't have to just turn the key.
