67 belvedere ii speaker knob

My understanding is this was front to rear fedar for the speakers. What is it doing on a convertible? Just got this thing home, for parts (shes VERY rusty, but complete and unmolested) but that knob caught my eye and wanted to know. Thanks in advance.

Did they put rear speaker anywhere in a convert?

I need one of those faders. Someone hacked all the wires off mine so it's just a plug for a hole now.

Any picture showing where fader switch is located on dash?

Std location. Between ignition switch and radio. Dash hole seems to be “factory”. Ill try to post up a pic tomorrow.

Thats what im trying to find out. This knob/location seems legit, but not sure. I dont plan in using it on my 66 buils, but found it an odd option on a vert. Pm me an offer on the knob and wiring if i can pull it in one piece
