Pretty good odds with these guys though, first time with fleas after like 8 squirrels. 2 years ago the wife woke me up to the fat one playing helicoper with one in the kitchen. Gonna change their drops on their back to stop the little bastards

Did a lot of hunting in my days and if you would get a chance to get a squirrel you did. Save up about ten of them and mom would make a squirrel pot pie. If the hunting season was above normal temps, them tree rats would have fleas. Always looked for them and if they had them, just skinned it out right there on the spot.
Man I miss squirrel pot pie!

I love squirrel stew, and would be great if they would bring me one that wasnt half eaten. I shoot almost everything edible, I've been laid up for neck surgery this year and store meat sucks.

My dogs are to slow to catch anything anymore in there younger days they would catch everything and play with it so many half dead animals I'd have to finish off!

Dogs are dogs. They'll eat anything and do anything that suits them. They're great! My 5 year old rescue mutt is a reprobate, but I love the hell out of her! She has me figured out because she is instinctively smart.

Yep, they're loyal scavengers

My two stupids went after a young Skunk a couple of months ago. I let them out early in the morning when I wake up for work. the big one (100+lbs) got sprayed right in the mouth. I ran out to try and stop it and got hit. The little stupid just got a little mist. Had to wash them both at 5AM and then I took a shower and went to work. Well i still stunk. I had to leave work and head to a local Walmart at 7AM. I bought another shirt, citrus body wipes and Ax body spray. I sat out in the Walmart parking lot with no shirt on wiping myself down with the wipes and I had to spray myself every couple of hours with the Ax spray. Not a good day.

How about a reprobate cat? Was perusing FBBO other morning and heard a thump in kitchen, next thing was a plastic grocery bag flying across living room with stuff flying out of it to stop under Christmas tree. Cat got caught in one of the hand loops, got him loose and went under the bed & wouldn’t come out the rest of the day!
