What clearance is the minimum you can get away with on a Hemi? I have half a thread showing on the bottom of the rocker.

Any input would be great thanx fellas !

I would think .020" is enough. Just roll and check every one.

On a Hemi you have to be carefull. If the cup is too close to the rocker bottom the oil will hit the side of the pushrod and not go in the cup.

you should be able to see the oiling hole in the rocker, make sure that you can determine that the oil will go in the cup like fbs63 says, every hemi I built required custom pushrods to make it right.
