I'm looking to get a 15" big bolt pattern Rallye wheel widened to 9", anyone know who will do a custom offset ? I checked the MoparDude I believe it is and he can only go to 8". Says he can't get a hoop(?) outer part bigger than 8" that fits a big bolt pattern 15" Rallye. I've researched and seems Stockton may do them but their reviews of custom jobs are horrible. I would prefer to have the back side cut and sectioned wider so the stock trim ring will look proper.

Stockton Wheels in California does them I believe......
Yes I said in my post I believed they did custom work but googling them came up with bad customer service and turn around time. Would prefer to stat away from that.

I have had 2 sets of wheels done by Weldcraft Wheels in Michigan. They do good work on aluminum or steel wheels.

That's exactly what I was looking for. Thank You

I am local to Weld Craft here in Michigan. I have used them for a couple of sets of wheels & know of many other people who use them with good results & nice pricing also. I will use them again.

I'm a few miles away from Weldcraft also, although I never had wheels widened I know most people around here use them, never heard of any problems.

Did you know that the centers in both 14" AND 15" rallye wheels are the same diameter? Yes they are. I used to scrounge the wrecking yards looking for wide wheels to donate their rings (or hoops) but it wasn't easy finding them. I did find plenty of 8" wide wagon wheels that were close and with a spacer ring, I was able to make a pair using the centers from some 14" rallye wheels with bent rings. So if you have a set of 15" that are in good shape, you might think about not using them for the donor wheels but instead find a set of 14's for that. The 14's I used were free because they were pretty much worthless anyways.

Yeah I don't want to have a nice set of 15 rallyes cut up actually but I don't want a spacer ring put in just to make the diameter work either.

The spacer I used started out at 1/4" thick and machined it to fit the ring. Don't remember how much was machined from it but once the trim ring was on, you couldn't see it but didn't machine all that much from it. They were fitted to a 71 Cuda with one side being 3/8" different offset right to left to fit right. The springs were in the stock location but the body wasn't equal on both sides....and the car had never been wrecked. Never take it for granted that the body is right side to side from the factory. Been there once too many times. Measure measure measure! Mother Mopar (Mom) didn't build these cars for perfection as far as body fitment goes....

Do you still build the wheels ?

It's been a few years but still have most of the stuff needed to do it.....
How true is the wheel when you're done, have you ever specked it out ? What width can you build them in ?
