72 Roadrunner / Satellite Rear 1/4 Glass Available

71 charger i believe

Oh okay now that I see closer they do look different as far as the glass.

Are the tracks and glass brackets the same?

correct... interchanges with 72 as full assembly

71/72 ( even 73/74 ) Satty with 73/74 Charger ? they should I think

now, 71/72 Charger ? quarter opening is higher! I guess the system is longer on first ones. Can't tell it really
 
I removed the tinted door , quarter and rear glass from a 72 satellite and put it directly in my 71 roadrunner. So how is it different?
 
There was a change with the rollers or something like that - the assembly will swap out but individual pieces may not. But just use the proper hardware and you are ok.
 
I must have changed the assembly also and didn't notice the difference. I still have the 71 glass and assemblies. Actually two sets and two rear glass

mark posted a pic that shows whats up with them
in the way the glass itself mounts is the difference between the 2
the rest of the parts will interchange
 
in other words.... a 71 Glass WITH the mounting frame and a 72 glass ( also 73/74 Charger ) meets the same attaching points... just THAT specific assembly BY ITSELF is diff being rollers/sliders are attached straight to the glass on laters and not anymore on a mounting frame

then you also have the 71 coupe fixed side glass
that has no frame at all
it only has a bracket that holds it in place
 
I haven’t seen a 71 with fixed glass yet . I saw some 73s and 68-70 rm21 but not a 71 rm21 all of mine have been rm23
 
No such thing as a rm21 in 71
Only rm23
The fixed windows in 71 were
a fender tag code
they stopped using 21 in the vin that year
A93 = coupe package
I parted out a A93 71 satellite
That had fixed windows
