'67 Coronet front fender profile

Have a '67 Coronet R/T which has no chrome on the front fenders. Someone put on front fenders from a 500, I think, with chrome. I thought I could just weld the molding holes and fill, but not sure the profile is correct. The 500 fender looks flatter where the molding goes. Does anyone know it the R/T and 500 take the same fender. I know I have a vivid imagination but...

Same fender. The RF fender on my 67 R/T in the avatar is actually off of a 66 Coronet wagon. (I had an "incident" with it many years ago...)
 
Its the cold air...
 
The differences are in the number and placement of trim mounting holes or, in the R/T's case, NO mounting holes.
 
Wow, that's a whole lot of 'sameness'. Thanks. That's one more thing on the list I don't have to worry about... 99 more to go.
