Pull the dist, cover the hole, break out the grinder, (rotary files) of some sort. That is virtually nothing compared to what I had to do to a pair of victor knock offs, w/ a fast 2.0 "chevy" dist. in my 440/505 wedge! Lot of metal before hitting water jacket !

Had to grind a little off my iron 452 heads on my 383 to get the MSD 8386 ready to run distributor to sit down all the way. But if you decide to sell it put a price on it.
