The car was someone else’s project when I purchased it. I’m trying to get it to run now since the vehicle had its original fuel system setup. It’s now rotted out and hoping I can find all the other things I need to fix.

they are all projects no matter how nice or bad they look

That thing is a rust bucket.. And needs way too much work.. I'll take it off your hands for scrap price.. :)

Gorgeous!! I wish ANY of my numerous projects looked that nice.
Hell, who am I kidding, half that nice!!

Yeah, if you can't get it running, let me know and I'll come take it off your hands.

Not really sure where that 383 came from but I’ll post the numbers later. The original owner said the car came from Arizona and he had it in Texas. I feel really blessed that I was able to find it right before deployed last year.

Very nice Charger. Good luck with the 383 and the fuel issues. Please keep us posted on your progress.

Yes! Auto Drags! I love em! Only way to go. My mullet is showing but who cates

That car has a GREAT "vibe".

So the 383 has a huge issue, I'm getting a oil spewing through the right pipe. I have looked it up and it could be several issues, so i have decided to use my 69 Coronet 440's engine to power the Charger. Can I just attach the 440 to the 727 auto trans? The 440 was previously connected to a A833 manual transmission, I believe it was a 1972.

The 440 will bolt to the 727, no problem. If the cranks between the two are different, as one being a cast crank and the other being a forged crank, you'll have to have the correct flywheel to match the crank. (Internally balanced forged crank, externally balanced cast crank.)
