I looked forever for a decent 'medallion' replacement for my '65 Coronet since the original one was all 'sun crazed' from 51 years in the CA sun! Although not OEM, I came across a absolutely beautiful 'Re-Pop' on eBay. This thing is unbelievably authentic right down to the tiniest details. The chrome is flawless & identical to original and the gold color background of the insert is downright indistinguishable from OEM! Since my '65 is an tribute A/FX Coronet AWB car that doesn't require authentic trim pieces, THIS THING makes me a truly Happy Camper!!! I really really really Love It!!!

How about some pics of the AWB it's attaching to. Can never see enough of them...

But I'm not really convinced. Are you sure its Ok?

Looks great btw

in the early 1980s I bought these from Chrysler when they were $3.50 each!!! I got 50 of them as the price was so cheap. Sold them of course long ago.

If we only knew, back then parts were so cheap we could be millionaires if we collected
the right parts, back in the 70's I bought a grill for my 70 cuda and I found a receipt about 7 years ago and the grill was like $18.00 and the head light bezels were like $6.50 ea, I couldn't believe it and put it away and I can't find it now.

Fifty (50) of them at $3.50 each? I'm having chest pains!!!
I love the new 'fake' medallion even at $134 including shipping. For me.....'CHEAP' & good investment! Hee haw!
The OEM's (if you can find one) are what.....$700+ or so? Absolutely Sick!

My coronet does deserve some new 'do-dads' while it sits waiting for Spring fun and this hit the spot for me!! I'm even giving it a new drink of VR1 synthetic & filter as 'we' get ready to drive!

Loving that color. GY9?
No, not GY9, but please do NOT KILL me! It's actually 2001 GM Citrus Green Pearl, w/metallic/iridescent (5 grams/liter). The Roof & top of Hood Scoop is 2004 Honda Accord Black Pearl.

Ha! My wife calls it 'Puke Green'! Of course, I disagree.
She asked...'Why not red?'...............'Nuff said!

I've got the contact info at eBay for the medallion if you need it. Grand total w/shipping was $134! Great ebayer, too! I'm lovin' it! Let me know, please. Scott

I think you reinvented the wheel. Couldn't get any closer to tawny gold, IMO.
