OMG
Check out what Carlisle has coming this year.
It's going to be totally AWESOME.

I checked out their site but I'm not sure what specifically you are talking about?

"The Condos are being thoughtfully constructed in the heart of Carlisle, Pa and adjacent to the world famous Carlisle Events’ Carlisle Fairgrounds. This location is within easy walking distance to local restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment, and the prestigious campus of Dickinson College in downtown Carlisle. This small borough is one of Pennsylvania’s most treasured historic communities and was rated by Forbes Magazine as the second-best place to raise a family in 2010."

Of course everything is within walking distance because when the shows are going on, the traffic gridlock prevents you from driving! Also, don't mind the constant 18 wheeler traffic on the main drag 24 hours a day.

I am on the list for contact information.
Hope to hear soon.

Does look pretty cool, I would imagine pretty pricey too. I stay with my sister in Hagerstown when I go...free room and board

I bet they already have the units basically sold.....The announcement is a formality...

I don't see what really differentiates this from any other condo. Now if, like another complex I've seen, it had its own race track then it could claim to be a true motorhead's condo.

Nothing like living with your stinky old cars.

I can imagine the prices will be through the roof on those places. To me the garages are more like show rooms. It is probably intended for the car owner who never gets his hands dirty.

No parts cars in the driveway or out back I presume.
