Bummer. i'm a Hippie, but did not, do not sit on, lean against etc, cars airplanes etc, especially not somebody else's property.
I think that's an SS. My Mom bought new a 65 SS w/ 327/auto. Metalic blue w/ white roof, not vinyl. I like the 65-66 Impalas.
 
It looks like there was a shoe shortage at the time....
