A real barn find in a real barn

Going to pick it up on Saturday. First stop is the car wash next is the gas station then some outside pics !!!!

Very cool make sure you get lots of pictures of its resting place before you drag it out .

They are in the the 67-70 section... under real barn find

What is the paint code on the fender tag? In the pictures, the color is hard to tell. I'm guessing maybe LL1 or QQ1 ?
Looks a little to light to be QQ1 . I had a new 68 RR that was QQ1 with black vinyl top and I'm pretty sure it was darker. That is a one year only color. Trying to find that color to paint my current 68 Satty project. .......................MO

Great score! Bench seat 4 speed at that.
I'm a bit envious.

Darn nice find. Glad you finally acquired it.

The code is UU 1

UU1, I'm a little surprised. The pictures make it look a little darker. Here is a pic of a UU1 Dart.

Wait I get it cleaned it might look lighter outside .. But it did have a repaint They might’ve sprained wrong color on it was painted back in the 80s I’ll know tomorrow

Nice find.

But you thread title says "barn find' but in your write-up it says "garage".

I'm confused.

OK here it is outside finally made it home. Stopped at the car wash on the way home

Awesome score! When was it last drove?

My 68 has the same wheels.

I bought this from the original owner and it was a late year model. It was made in May 1968 the guy and lady that bought it new said that they ordered it with everything that’s on it they didn’t change anything.

Inspection sticker on it is 2016 and he said they only drove it maybe 40 or 50 mile then. I’m amazed that everything works all the small lights tack , there’s also a knob on the bottom of the dash that looks like a rear speaker fader . But there's no rear speaker. And no defroster.

Mine was made April 1968.

I won't say these wheels are factory stock, but they could be. According to the seller of my car he was very proud of the "original, unrestored magum wheels" that came on my car. Friend of mine in California has a 68 Charger with the same wheels, and he bought the car from the original owner in 1991.
