Can anyone verify what is the correct wheel lug for my 70 B body Road Runner is it the closed or open lugs? Thanks as always for the help.......

It depends on your wheels.
a. If you have "poverty hub caps", then it's the open lug nuts
b. For either the 14" or 15" rally wheels, it's the closed lug nuts
c. In both cases, the car should have "left handed"/reverse thread lug nuts on the driver's side...all Mopars '70-'72 were like that.
