A large section of a pine tree came down in our old house (which my son is in) & hit the shed. There's some minor siding damage & who knows what it's done to the roof, but it's not as bad as it could have been.

Yeah, that was a glancing blow. Could have hit it square and crushed it. Lucky.

Heckuva twig on that tree!

Sure is. It took us about an hour and a half to branch it, cut up the logs and put it all in a couple big piles. To me, pine trees are nothing but big weeds that need to be trimmed & the only reason that they were put here on earth was for man to cut them down and build houses with them.

well once again snow is coming for Monday night. I had to use my 4x4 truck to cut a path for the dogs, the snow was too high for them..

No curbs, all cobblestone! When I'm in the village speedplowing the snow and slush go 20 feet into the yard.I think it goes over the sidewalk.

Guess anybody would yield when you went through those stop signs. Plus you've a plow.

AND, don’t dig into the grass at edge of driveways!
Grass ain't ****! The curbs are cobblestone mortered together. Also have to watch the slate overhang on some of the walkways to the driveway.
Just got back home after a job,had dinner and the news says we are in the 6-10 inch range!!
