I have a replacement trunk lock for my 67 Coronet. I need the clip and ring that holds the lock mechanism in place, anyone have a spare or know where I can get one?

Thanks

Do you have a local locksmith? Those are a pretty common and universal item. If not, a scrap yard?

I ordered this set months ago and it’s not what I had received. I’m missing the 4 bent rod like items in your image. Could you tell me what they connect to? Also can I fabricate them as it’s probably been too long for CI to exchange them. I called when I first got them and they were supposed to call me back and never did. Thanks for any help you can give

The kit above is sort of 'universal'. Those rods connect the lock cylinder to the trunk latch.

I have one of each size......send me the exact inside dimension of the opening and your address and I will send you one. NO CHARGE.

Ohh that makes sense now! Sorry I’m still new to this. Since i never recieved the universal rods, do you know if i could cut the longest one in your picture to fit? Or will it not work correctly?

I would think so. Cutting should not be an issue. If you need on with the dog leg you might have to twist or bend it to fit.
