I’m trying to find a radiator for my 1970 Plymouth roadrunner that I can run the factory fan shroud, fan, I’ve looked at champion but I believe their set up is more electric fan oriented also says their rad are shorter to fit more cars. Specta offers one, the reviews I’ve read are not so great. Mancini racing has one but it’s a bank breaker! Any help pictures would be greatly appreciated thanks! Budget build!

do you have the original radiator from the car? If so just get it recored at a radiator shop.

I would highly recommend contacting cold case. They are a fbbo sponsor. Send them a pm and they will call you.

The Champion radiators are not only for electric fans, we do have mounting for the factory shroud. There are some cases where you might have to drill some holes because there are several shrouds and we didn't want to make several radiators just for the shrouds. But many have used the factory fans and shroud with these without issue. I have a 26" in my car now, and I do like it. It's running cooler than my other radiator did, especially at the track, so I'm happy with it. I do have twin cooling fans, though.

Wizard. If you want an aluminum radiator which will fit a factory shroud. I got one on my car now.

somethig to think about before you order a new radiator especially if you get a three core rad make sure you have enough room to fit it in. Check your distance from the fan to the rad will be, you don't want the fan to close the the rad.

That’s why I’m here lol!

the reason I said that is that you could be running a regular fan or a clutch fan. They are different in length or a ac clutch fan that is even longer. LOL

I got the short clutch and factory fan, works with the wizard radiator.

This is the champion radaitor, says no support for factory shroud in the description.

If you want a shroud I'd look at the radiator @threewood is using. My road runner had a champion radiator and no factory shroud would fit.

From one titewad to another Trent. Mishimoto 7026X from Summit. My shroud from a 26” rad only needed a little finagling. They have a 22” also. Oh, stock clutch fan also.
