'70 Coronet dash harness

I've pretty much mapped out how this harness connects to everything.

I've decided to not connect/purchase/repair the headlight delay and the key illumination features

I am lost on two things:

The double white wire in the wiper switch section. It has a round female plug in connection. Is this just an accessory ground?
I used a white jumper wire for the jump between switch and pump switch

Also, sort of in that same harness area, is a 2 prong connector with one side having a pink wire and the other having a black and and a pink w black stripe.

any ideas as to what this goes to?

I'm guessing either a tach, or center console

the pink set should be emergency flasher

the white MIGHT be for the brake light switch

here are the relays that I have. I assume the 1 pic has the horn and flasher. I'm not sure what the one in the other pic is. Still, none are emergency flasher? that's what's missing?

Got the same wiring in my 70 dash that I'm now putting in a 69 Satellite Sport. The double white wire with a female connector was on a stud/post top left position above the attaching screw ( push on) of the 3 speed wiper switch. I assume that it's a ground for wiper switch to return to home. Not sure yet as this is a work in progress.
