ok let’s try this another way . Does anyone have pics , info , ANYTHING in regards to full quarter install on a 68-70 road runner , mine isn’t fitting worth a crap and I’m tired of standing there staring and scratching my head . It’s drivin me nuts ! I’m am SO trying to get this thing together even if not done , to be able to take it to the Carlisle road runner 50th Anniversary. Maybe it’s just a dream but I’m gonna try like hell!

Pictures? of what the problem areas are?

None of the aftermarket panels go on quickly. Often modifications are needed.

I’m not nessesarily looking for quick , but modifications is a gross understatement . So far I’ve had to cut the door opening , up next to the Dutchman panel , I’m going to have to section it to make it wider ( to be able to reach the rocker ) if these quarters didn’t cost so much , I would turn this one into powder!

I wouldnt be cutting any doors.. looks like the back towards the taillight has to go up a hair.. not much to improve gap.. have welded any areas yet? as for the sail panel with the flat stock.. most of those were leaded in that area..

I have found that AMD panels made to mate with other AMD panels are roughly close at best. It is smart to leave the door on the car and the qtr. panel extension handy as they all have to line up. The deck filler panel and the rear window corner patch panels do not have the same arch. I sent AMD pics and tried to work with them to get their moldings, filler panel and qtr. panels to match and was told I am the only one complaining so it must be my car that's off

When you put your window trip on , did it lay into place or did you have to pull it into place

The rear window moldings are held in place with the proper clips but they are under a little pressure as the AMD moldings don't match the arch of the AMD deck filler panel or their quarter panel. The bottom corner patch panels don't mate well either with the moldings. Their parts are crap but the best crap you can buy to repair the rust.
