got it right this time STR- instead of SRT
anyway got the top made and bout 90% done, its gone well and fairly Easy so fare.

600 CFM not CFP. I'm old sick and tired.
not sure on their size, I had them laying around and stuck them on there for now, I want the holley 600CFP vacuum secondaries to run with .
 
Very cool. I love cross rams. I have this ole school custom Ray Barton Super Stock Hemi piece that I would like to try to use on something someday.

beings I bought a new 1963 SS plymouth, I'd have to say I'm a cross ram fan as well, I also had a '61 plymouth Savoy with a 440 4 speed and long ram, fun car.
 
I tried to buy a pair of long Rams that hung up on the wall of the junk yard we used to go to back in the 80-90's. At that time I thought he always wanted too much for them. Looking back on it now I wish I would have bought them. Always thought they would be cool to use with a twin turbo set up.

I have a buddy with a long ram setup with linkage that he'd like to move.
 
For a B or R/B engine? I have heard guys cut the flanges down for a B engine. I'd hate to hear how much these days. Okay, PM how much he wants. Thanks.

I don't think the long rams need be modified going from B/RB. I sold my last set of long rams for $60.00 maybe should have kept them, the early rams have zero power over 4800/5000RPM, possibly the turbo's would clean that up, the 63/64 with divider removed are basically the same runner length and plenum size as the superstock manifolds. I ran the correct carbs on the long rams which ran well, I borrowed of the short/longrams and with the same carbs would barely rtun and no acceleration, they require the same 4 bbls as the superstock manifolds, critical is jetting per factory specs.

I have a call into my friend regarding the long ram manifolds. Here are the pics. Not sure what he wants for them. Will advise. There were some mods done to the bottom of the carb flange, guessing to clear the valve covers.

I think you will be disappointed to hear what he's asking for these. I won't hear back until after work today, I'm sure.
