I have seen these is multiple locations and I want to know where it should be on a 69 roadrunner. A picture would be great, thanks

Mine is on the underside of trunk..When you open the trunk,mine is on the right side...
 
Same here. With the deck lid open it is all the way at the top and about 12" in from the right edge. Smack dab in the middle of the upper right triangle detent.
 
Mine was tilted & 1” or so up on the stiffening rib. Lynch Rd, 1968.
 
Never installed neat, like you see on a lot of restorations. Here's a 1969 Coronet RT lid that I bought for my 'Bee, both Lynch Rd cars.

FWIW, Some folks on Abodies as well indicate the stickers were just sort of slapped up on the undersides with not much special care taken with alignment.
 
They can be almost anywhere. Here's my 1969 Lynch Rd. car...
