I replaced my old ac compressor with a new reman unit that will use 134A. The old low side valve points down at the upper radiator hose making it almost impossible to put a new 134a fitting on for charging. I bought the proper 90 degree quick disconnect fitting to prevent this issue. Question is do I need to pull out the old schrader valve from inside of the original low side connector on the hose?

The 134 has different size fittings on the charging hoses etc. Have you changed the hoses on your AC setup too?

No. Using the originals. Just adding an elbow so I can access the low side. The new elbow has a valve and so does the original fitting. Asking if I need to remove the original valve or will it pass through both.

Use a Schrader valve tool. Same as for removing a tire valve. Can pick them up at auto parts stores. I think Walmart has them in the tire patch / sealer section.
