Granddad ordered this in Sep of 66 and picked it up Jan of 67. I rode home with him that day he picked it up from the Eastmans garage. My grand parents drove it till 1992 when my Mother got it. She drove it till 2003 when it came to my house. Other than rebuilding the engine, seats and new carpets. It is still for the most part original.

Some of the engine build pics. The cam bearings failed on the engine is the primary reason it was pulled. I had it over bored it to .020, used EGGE 10.5-1 pistons, machined .020 off decks, .010 off heads, ported new valves and springs. the cam is a Isky E-4.

Commando items are a nice touch.

Don't know why they didn't offer that from the factory.
